Leeland Thompson is the founder and lead professional at Action Craft Experts, bringing more than two decades of real-world plumbing experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

He started his journey as an apprentice, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up. Over the years, Leeland has worked on a wide range of projects, including custom homes, apartment complexes, hotels, casinos, and large-scale commercial buildings. His early career in one of the largest non-union plumbing shops in the U.S. helped shape his strong work ethic and technical expertise.

As a licensed journeyman plumber, Leeland has led multiple projects as a foreman, managing teams and ensuring every job meets professional standards. His experience in both construction and service work allows him to approach plumbing challenges with practical solutions and long-term reliability in mind.

Leeland has also worked on high-value projects such as the Northern Quest Casino Hotel and major developments in Spokane, further establishing his credibility in the field. His involvement in both union and non-union environments has provided him with a broad perspective on industry standards and best practices.
